Magnetic Sponsoring and beyond

Recently I receive an email from my business partner and I think her insights could be useful for you, too.
Months after reading - no devouring, Magnetic Sponsoring, " MLM Traffic Formula ", and Black Belt Recruiting I was plugging along happily in my business. I had created a blog, was consistently submitting articles and press releases, doing Adwords- all of the things that I learned. I was feeling smug and satisfied and proud of the fact that I was doing all of the right things.
My traffic had increased to my site and to my blog and I was getting more calls on a daily basis. My articles were consistently coming up in on the first page using keywords for my business and life was great. However, although all of these things were happening I still was not attracting the type of prospective business partners that I was looking for.
Then one day while going back through the information provided in Magnetic Sponsoring it was like I had just gotten hit over the head with a hammer.
I HAD JUST SPENT MONTHS DOING THE WRONG THING!
I hadn't been really using the skills from Magnetic Sponsoring- not the way that they were meant to be used.
All of the articles I wrote, press releases that were sent out, and blogs that I posted had one thing in common- they all in one way or another promoted my business. I wrote some interesting articles with good information, but intertwined throughout them all were my business name, and key words about my business.

By now most everyone is feeling some sort of financial strain, but entrepreneurs are among those hardest hit. Last February, 55 percent of small-business owners said their business had been affected by the credit crunch. By August of this year it had increased to 67 percent, and it’s likely even higher now.
Ironically, while many entrepreneurs are struggling to stay afloat, Americans see entrepreneurship as a lifeboat.
"Americans in big numbers are looking to entrepreneurs to rally the economy," said Carl Schramm, president and chief executive officer of the Kauffman Foundation. "More than 70 percent of voters say the health of the economy depends on the success of entrepreneurs, and a full 80 percent want to see the government use its resources to actively encourage entrepreneurship in America."
Meanwhile, 56 percent of people surveyed by the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation said they trust small-business owners to guide the economy, compared with only 14 percent who trust members of Congress.
To put it simply: America needs entrepreneurs. Yet, while 49 percent of survey respondents said they see opportunities for entrepreneurial ideas despite the economy, only 26 percent would actually consider starting a business within the next five years, according to the Kauffman Foundation.
Urgent Help for Entrepreneurs
